In our sessions we draw upon the following treatment modalities: Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Techniques. Our work is always collaborative as we clarify your goals deciding how our work will look like and what will be most useful to you. My goal is always to empower you to understand your drives and desires and provide you with a space to practice authenticity without fear of judgement. It’s a privilege for me to hear your story and provide you with the support and resources you seek.
For those looking to process traumatic experiences I am an EMDR trained therapist and can offer this modality in addition to talk therapy.
